For limiting beliefs and thought patterns:
- What makes you powerful?
- How can you use your power to achieve your dream life?
- Name someone who inspires you.
- What are your similarities and differences with them?
- What belief are you holding onto that is holding you back?
For when you’re feeling overwhelmed:
- What is causing you stress right now?
- Which areas of your life are the most overwhelming?
- What keeps you from experiencing peace?
- What is your favourite way to unwind?
- What is the one thing that happened recently that made you feel truly happy?
Positive affirmations
- What activity makes you feel alive?
- What would you say is your best quality?
- What do you like most about yourself?
- What does success look like for you? What does success mean to you?
- What is something I would love to try and is there a time/place I could plan this?
For bettering yourself every day
- What parts of your daily life need to change for you to achieve your goals?
- What have you accomplished in the past year that you’re proud of?
- How can you show yourself more love?
- List 3 goals you want to accomplish today - does not matter if they are big or small
- What is something in the past that you want to let go of?
